Fast, Engaged, On Top Of It

These guys are on top of it! They respond immediately and go the extra mile to really help you get your site set up and troubleshoot any problems you encounter.
Setting up environments has gotta be the most annoying thing ever and having a professional, knowledgeable staff on hand to help you get your site up and running is extremely valuable. For this level of service I would expect to hire a consultant. They really take a look at your site and file system, look for files you may have missed/forgotten to check into SVN, look at the unique requirements of your particular project and come up with solutions.
In my case, they got my site up and running in no time. I was simultaneously trying to get it set up on DreamHost using their virtual dedicated hosting solution and DreamHost support was no help at all. My first choice was to set up the site on DreamHost since I had no experience with BlueBoxGroup and had intended to run another site with them. After a frustrating day trying to set up the site on DreamHost to no avail, I decided to switch to BlueBoxGroup.
I ran into an issue setting up the site on BlueBoxGroup and opened my first ticket, explaining the issue. I left for lunch and by the time I came back, it was fixed and the site was online!
Highly recommended. A++.

Best service ever!

We were looking a long time for a rails-hoster, with the power for heavy sites, best support and scalebility. We are developers and aren't very experienced with server-hosting. So we prefer to pay experts in this business who do this work for us. They have a lot well-written tutorials and a professional great working service-ticked-system. They cost a little bit more, but it's well invested money. You will save time, nervs and money, because the blue box group just rocks.

I love blue box group. They have been awesome to work with, and go the extra mile. They actually cleared a half dozen PCI scan issues for me that they really didn't need to. Stuff like upgrading old SSH software and closing down ports, etc. My other hosting providers would never do such a thing, and they would put it on me. Can't say enough about these guys!

I can't find fault with these guys - we're not sysadmins so we really reply on BBG in this area. They've gone way beyond the call of duty and sorted things out quickly and accurately. Their network is very fast and their pricing is very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - excellent support, network, hardware and pricing.

We run about 20 physical (30 virtual) servers with Blue Box Group and they are the most competent and helpful service provider I have worked with. Their people are excellent, and support us day or night. They respond to issues immediately, and understand our application environment inside out. Their rating should go to 11.

I've had one of their Linux VPS servers for 18 months. I've never had any unscheduled downtime, nor have any of my clients I've referred to them. Their prices are a good value, and their customer support is always responsive and knowledgeable. Quite possibly the best in the business.

My company discovered BlueBoxGroup hosting about 6 months ago. Since then, whenever we need a hosting solution we choose BlueBoxGroup.
The service is excellent. Unlike bulk hosting companies, the staff at BlueBoxGrid are willing to take the time to develop custom solutions.

They have repeatedly demonstrated pleasant, prompt service, and, while their services are (slightly) higher-priced, the extra we pay is well worth Blue Box's commitment to excellent service and personalized solutions.
